
Which way to go, both!
Alchemy method of integration for integrity is a part of organic ecosystem in the symmetrical universe.
In order for us to escape from battles in the dualism, it is necessary to have multiple perspectives. We can let go of the old way of thinking in making enemy, let’s chose both. This is a similar approach in blue ocean strategy (redefinition).
In my personal experience, I think that there are at least 3 perspectives in terms of learning.
1. Learn for understanding the world
2. Learn for expressing to the world
3. Both (or none of them)
Now I chose #3, both. That’s the reason why I’m traveling around the world by living in on-demand economy. This means that I’m learning from the existing world and redefining the market by living with a practical philosophy (experience).
Considering about the correlation between microcosm and macrocosm, I realized that it’s better to start from myself, including the body, mind and environment around me.
I’m now in a mild ketosis. I’m going on a ketogenic diet from today. I have started taking a course “The Spiritual Laws Of Money” by T. Harv Eker on Mindvalley. I want to do my best, do what it takes to make a change to my small world. This is exactly the attitude of alchemist.
With an idea that was posted on Ideapod yesterday, I shared my favorite 9 apps in hacking the brain, mind and habits. Honestly speaking, the storage of my iPhone is so limited (16G), thus, I naturally have to live with essential and minimal components. It literally helps me to live essentially.
I have no place to call home. My gadgets are so limited. But the “shared” resources are abundant. Ideas in business and lifestyle can be found everywhere around us (Azoth).

In short, the alchemy method can be described the following 3 steps.
- Purification
- Consolidation
- Integration (Rubification)
The method is used almost everywhere in the world, such as reorganizing the company structure, and integrating the system. In the same way, we can adopt the method for reinventing ourselves as technology adoption. This might be a small step or preparation for human evolution.
I posted an idea on Ideapod last night. The idea is how to start the best version of ourselves periodically by 7 steps. The steps are based on my current experiment. The experiment consists of my personal study in meditation, self-hypnosis, psychology and neuroscience. In order to systemize them, I take advantage of Linux technology.

This steps focus on the brain and central nervous system. According to Health Psychology Center, the central nervous system initiates a system of physical reactions which interprets and communicates experiences, thoughts, feelings and movements to the rest of the body, via a network of organs, cells and neurons.
I am doing the experiment during the intermittent fasting with probiotics. The intermittent fasting is for reducing inflammation. Probiotics (and prebiotics) is related to producing neurotransmitter and boosting immune system.
Because the chronic inflammation and quality of neurotransmitter affect directly to the central nervous system (modes and moods). And toxins, diet and lack of exercise are causes of chronic inflammation of the central nervous system.
In conclusion, detoxification (purification) by burning body fat, consolidation by ancient wisdom (proven by modern science), and starting the integrated system as the best version of yourself are reasonable for me as the practical method of alchemy.

We have hands. Symmetric hands is a kind of strong architecture in this symmetric universe. We can use the tool in order to deal with stress and anxiety.
My Science Academy and The Power of Ideas share a quick and easy technique for stress relief by using hands in 3 minutes. In Japanese, pressure point is called “Tsubo”.
According to them, each of the fingers in our hand represents a different kind of emotion or feeling.
Thumb = worry/anxiety
Index = fear
Middle = anger
Ring = sadness
Pinky = self-esteem
By pushing “Tsubo (pressure points)” until feeling a good ache everyday, we can easily try the ancient technique. This 3 minute video tells us how to do that, and it’s not hard to do that.

Toxins hide away in your fat cells. I learned about that from multiple sources. After getting an idea that burning fat can be a good solution for detoxifying the body, I started HIIT workout from November 2015.
